I would personally aim for both of the Fletching and Cooking to be completed within around 6-10 days

 

If you provide all supplies beforehand I can mash this out for you within 14 days. I'll charge 5gp exp for both skills, so 65M each. I have achieved 120 fletching and cooking on a personal RS3 account (can prove) so I'm most suited for this job.
