44 Prayer for Eagle Eye, the highest ranged prayer. I'm planning on 52 really soon.

 

I got a rune pure with similar stats, when you hit 80+ str you'll start to get good.

without the overpowered equipment the +5 defence is bad. dont pk until the fighter torso, the helmet, the defdender, and the gloves are available to you. until then your a meh pure with shitty defence.
5/10 but it has potential(like any rune pure, i mean, come on, they fucking own)

also:70 attack. no point without the whip honestly. only hybrids can go out with the scimmy/dds
also:get a viable prayer. 52 of 70, or some other breakpoint.
