has MM1 done but not MM2 if bursting would be considered

not sure on the best method that can be done so looking for people to give me quotes based on method? i am looking for fastest rather than cheapest i guess?

I will only go with trusted people that can guarantee they will do this by hand as it has a previous temp ban on it i do not want to risk perm. although i understand i would not be able to hold someone responsible for the ban, i want to minimise the risk as much as i can.
