Kshort scammed me $60 USD plus 30m in osrs gp

i recently posted a thread trying to buy a gmaul rushing account and he pmed me selling an account i was interested in, gave him 15m as a down payment to stop selling the account until i got paid. Today i bought the btc and sent it to his address, but forgot about fee's so it came a bit short under $60. I decided to be nice and to make it up to him i would compensate by trading him 15m gp. After he confirmed everything was okay he said "give me a sec" then blocked me discord and is no longer responding to my scythe dm's.
