Explanation of the trade: I was his worker decided to quit and he refused to pay back the deposit 30m 07.
How they scammed: He refused to pay me back 30m 07 deposit. + also we had a deal of him paying me 90% of customer’s payment of which I got proof that he did not.

Ok so Kapanko has worked for a little over a month for me with almost no issues at all, Yesterday there was a misunderstanding about an order but we ended up clearing it out & he said he would be able to do X.. xp & start right away : Image - TinyPic - Gratis foto's delen en afbeeldingen & video's hosten
Send him the acc details aswell but deleted that as soon as he told me he didn't do anything & was quitting.

That's where he fucked up i made the customer wait almost two days (kapanko told me he would be available again on wednesday so i took the order for him to start on it wednesday, customer had no issues with that) & when i told him the worker started yesterday as kapanko said he could start now. He actually didn't do shit all day so i had to tell the customer nothing was done and i'd have to issue him a refund as i currently have exams i have no time to complete them myself. & Possibly risk a negative feedback for it.

If mods decide i still owe him the deposit, i have no issues with paying it.

Please note @ edit 2: my T.O.S for hiring workers changed: I changed it abit ago (before all this) to 100M deposit & is void after one month BUT as i recently changed that it's not valid for Kapanko's case apart from that the other points should still the same & in the screenie i clearly said refundable unless you make a mistake.

Please provide proof about the payments & i'll happily reply to that as well

 

I never said that I am taking the order and also I never logged into the account. I asked you to add me to chat with customer which you did not and you also did not reply to me for rest of the day. And as I said I will provide all proofs to mods so let them decide

 

And also you took that order day before this conversation so I don’t see any issue there by me.

edit: He said that he did not have time to complete the order himself which brings me to ask why take the order then before asking me if you can’t complete it?

edit2: Also I would like to mention that he recently changed his tos which are in no way similiar to his tos at the time when I paid the deposit.
