[Buying][3$/M]WTB about 3m per month[Paypal]

Ok, i know im new here and all but im just looking to buy a small amount of mills every month...

max i'd buy is 3m a month @ 3$ each... i will only pay with Paypal because its the easiest way for me... the reason i will buy once a month is because I'm short on cash and it gives the seller a little bit of extra confidence.. due to the reason i cant file a charge back after a month passes...

I'm looking for some one that is willing to sell me this small amount through paypal once a month.... i will not claim and cancel because i lost 100 usd due to this method...

My Paypal account has my savings account, visa credit card linked up to it, and it has a confirmed shipping address. You can even call the phone number on the account to verify that it is my Paypal account.. just tell me in advance so I pick up not my parents

I'd like to do this trade with the same person every month so the person gains trust in me but if that does not happen i will use different people.
