How do i find a mm and get backround on people

I'm looking into buying an osrs maxed account, but don't really know how to know or find someone legit that isn't going to take it back after a week, month, ect. I have seen some post I'm interested in but just don't know if they are legit. If anyone can refer me to some people or something that would be great. You're going to find even more frequency of scams here. Go look at their vouches. I wouldn't buy an account from someone without 200+ vouches imo.
