Lol i really need help i think im IP banned

It all started with 2 of my accounts being disabled.... Then i rememberd my other account names and passwords which were 2 more, i played logged off went to sleep woke up today and came to find out that they were disabled... Okay well i dont know how the hell this happened i didnt hack on them or anything.... So is there anyway to check if im IP banned i don't want to make a new STEAM account for nothing and purchase CSS AND HAVE EM DISABLED again... Well if anyone could help me id greatly appreciate it thanks... >.< IM SO PIST OFF LOL

 

Email steam the support team, I'm sure if you explain it to them that they will unlock your account. I don't think its an IP ban, They don't ban your address from accessing the steam network, but they do lock accounts if somone else is trying to get it. If you have to steam I.D, you could unlock it easy

 

Sorry i didn't understand that well anyways i changed my ip i called my ISP and i already mailed steamsupport and told them my situation, but they still havent made no effort in undisabling my accounts but somehow instead of this they ended up providing me a new password... i seriously dont get it lol... My friend was on one of my accounts and i guess he was stealing accounts........ he lives right uptop of me so we share the same ip because he connects threw my wirless network... Well maybe thats what caused it? well thanks for the help anyways any more info would be appreciated >.<
