[Food] McDonald's - FRESH MEAT Quarter Pounder with Cheese Review

I was excited for the fresh meat, but I didn't know just how excited I was until I noticed.. something different about my McDonald's. ONLY THE QUARTER POUND PATTIES ARE FRESH.

What was different? My McDonald's was HOT. The McDonald's close to me always served me cold, nasty food. I also noticed the patty was more cooked on the sides and was less cooked in the center, much more so than the one I took a pic of above.

There isn't much I can say other than this burger is a million times better than the old quarter pounders. Better than Wendy's Double Stack, and the meat itself might even be better (for now) than Wendy's, which used to be my favorite of the big meat boys.

Don't get me wrong, I'd still dominate a Baconator... until McD makes one.

So yeah - the meat was good AND HOT. The way they drench ketchup and mustard kind of ruin the sandwich, but the meat is so good.

5/5 - Fantastic meat. I always dreaded getting McDonald's but now there's a burger I can eat there and enjoy.

Sucks only the quarter pound patties are fresh, so keep that in mind.

nice review jozz. seriously though everyone should try the new quarter pounder. it tastes nothing like your typical mcdonalds burger.

 

Haven't been to McDonald's in years, this is not what I remember it looking like. Looks tasty.

Yeah you should really get a quarter pounder there just to try it out. I assume most McDonald's SHOULD have it in the U.S. by now.

This over 4 McChickens ALL DAY. The thing is... it is always on sale if you care enough to do a store-receipt survey (BOGO). Sometimes they do 2 for 5 on these puppies too, for those who don't want the minor annoyance of doing a survey.

I'd get the Double Quarter Pounder for $1 more if I were paying full price, though. Also, the price of McChickens is like 1.30 now so it is 3 McChickens .
