Hello need a new computer

hello everyone i'm new to the pc gaming rig i got into smite last year after quitting runescape now i'm working on my league of legends carrer trying to get a nice pc build in the 700-1k range i want to stream and run csgo and league in basically max settings well having discord and what not open any help is appreciated
