Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!) :

New account every few days..

Same guy; same layout of threads; opens shop on join date; gets people who joined today with 1 post to vouch; makes 1-2 legit trades (sometimes not even that), then gets banned for scamming or TWC or DNTd.
