Is There a way to Transfer in f2p...

I got a lvl 88 f2p account that has money/items I want get to a lvl 3.
There both f2p, Is there ANY way to trade between them, Except party room,tryed it and fucking 200ballons is to much+nerds stole my scimi.
So except party room,Please,Tell me,Pm me if you dont wana tell it Here, And No, I can't buy any guides,I just need a way to do it for free.

Think about it.. if there WAS an easy way, especially for one person to do it, the black market wouldn't have taken such a big blow. Though, it's still up and running, it's not quite as smooth as before, it's a lot more risky, and VERY risky for one person to do it..as it involves Bounty Hunter..

 

yep bounty hunter is very risky if your trying to do it yourself

 

i have a question about his question and about bhunter. it always says take zammy plates in to bhunter for the transfering right? but.. is that a members item , cause ive been playing runescape for years but after classic i never got members or rs2. Im just now getting in to rs2 , so if zammy plates are for members, what is a good f2p replacement . Thanks in advanced ^^
