No, not really.
This guy has been posting around cruels.net too asking for my script, and when I refused to give it to him he started insulting people.

Mods can check IP's and resolve the hosts to verify the different account
And no, I'm not giving it out for a while, so CP_ can lock this thread if he feels like it (since hes the only active programming mod)
