orbs suck

He doesn't really have to remove it.... Its not like atomic trade marked/copywrited it. Also he made it himself so it's not like its ripped.

Orbs were alright until they were so widely used, no other forum used orbs fyi, maybe the odd one here and there but mainly sythe members lol.

I think that everyone should stick to their own style and stop ripping of others who put alot of hard work and effort into developing their own piece of GFX. Unless its on deviant, dont fucking steal it; simple as that.

 

Orbs are good, its that people are selling these cheap circles and calling them orbs.


My orbs are many layers with a lot of blending modes.

 

Orbs are Ok. It's been so long since I've made an orb, I forgot what it's like to make a fail work.

No, seriously, there is no way to make an orb look nice. They are so uncomplicated that you have to steal detail from their environment to give them any flair.

Thanks, but I noticed many many problems with them looking back now. Not only in the orbs, also, but most of the environment. I'm thinking of gong back through and re-creating everything I've ever made.

Ok, well, here's my recreation of Copper. I eliminated the copper for some carbon steel.

Oh, and TBH, I still hate that orb. Lol. I couldn't work with it like I wanted to...which is why it sucks.

 

I wish I could keep my purple orb after spending the time to make it, but TDD said I couldn't. At least VisionEx's orbs help me forget about my purple orb.

After admiring VisionEx's work, I decided to make another orb similar to Atomic's style but different enough so that TDD doesn't have to tell me to take down my avatar.



Nowhere near as good as VisionEx's, but at least it'll make up for my purple orb.

 

The first time The Lobster made one of those orbs, I made one in retaliation. Couldn't have people making better orbs than I did
