Locked out of my account because I deleted my Authy

Hey there,
My Sythe username is Guala and I've been a long time member of Sythe.

Over a year ago I had issues logging into my account and the admins put a 2FA on my account. I was then able to use my account again freely. No problem, right?
Well, I deleted my Authy app from my phone that the 2FA code would send to every time and now I am able to log in to my account but not get past the 2FA stage.

To prove my legitimacy I am able to log on to the Skype I have been using all these years here, answer some personal questions, perhaps get someone trusted here to vouch for me, etc. The only thing I cannot do is login from my original (removed) IP address because I am out of the country.

When will you be home? The only things you can do to prove you are you is telling me the email connected & posting from home, and the email alone won't help.
