Reporting c0ngs as his services were botted and at least 2 of his victims need to be refunded (if there are more please come forward). The two who are 100% entitled to a refund are @Bhawks and @YoungestPlayer, the latter is now banned.

Brief explanation: I ordered some NMZ from c0ngs on an account I purchased, a week or so into the service the account was perm banned. c0ngs immediately contacted me informing me the account was disabled and requested I recover the account to quash the ban.

At the time of ban, c0ngs had two active reports against him for botting which were both dismissed, early May 2017. Can be found here

In regards to my account he refunded me the service and the value of the account + the RSN on it, in return I be quiet and not say a word (As 3 reports in a week for macroing would suggest he infact did bot and he would have been made to pay out the others too)

Who would ever pay for a service and then bot themselves to receive a ban? Pretty stupid right?

Yes he has screenshots to prove he uses a legit client. I queried him on how he had screenshots of my accounts being levelled but yet my account got disabled, here is his reply:

I know I should have reported c0ngs at the time, but I wanted to have my issue solved amicably so that he didnt scam quit and not refund me. Now I have 0 affiliation with the c0ngs AKA the pro botter, it is only right the two victims, who were banned in the same week, be refunded for the total of the service + the account. Any other victims should come forward.

c0ngs deserves a TWC/Ban for: A) Not refunding the 2 victims, knowingly he botted. (3 BANS IN A WEEK?)
B) Advertising as hand done services when in-fact services were botted.
C) Misleading staff in the other reports


Since these incidents C0ngs has stopped his 'hand done' NMZ and is no longer offering such services. Why? His paid scripts have been caught out and he can no longer bot and make GP!


I hope the appropriate actions are taken to insure all victims are offered compensation.

Also curious as to why you're bringing this up now instead of at the time?
I've always had full transparancy towards my customers so McBang was (IIRC) aware of the situation.

Only reason I refunded you was because I trusted you as a customer since we had done business in the past and talked a lot during those times. If I paid you to keep quiet you would've posted proof of me explicitly stating that.

Nowhere do I admit my workers are at fault, I make assumptions based on logical conclusions.

Actually I had retakes and decided to take school serious, but hey, to each their own, not everyone is a filthy scammer like you <3
^ can be backed up by the fact that I don't offer any other services, ranging from questing, nmz, fire capes, zulrah's, other skills, renting, gp trading

In addition to this, we offered more services till the end of August if I'm not mistaken.

bans does happen on even normal account training as jagex is well aware that there are many powerlvling companies out there. I tried to explain these to mods on sythe

its rare but it does happen users like cong who have completed 100 plus orders there vouches should be enough for this proof that they are not botting

 

although I appreciate the sentiment I felt like I should clarify a few things; (not trying to be rude just my point of view)

This statement is (in my opinion) false, the basis for this is that "power leveling" is just another for of account sharing, which is discouraged but not a bannable offense. The only time it becomes a bannable offense is when it's used for competitive reasons. (AKA sharing accounts to become rank #2, cuz lynx will always be #1, KEK).

Though I don't think it's as black and white as I'm portraying it, it's more of a grey area, so who knows

^ should never be accepted as proof for anything, vouches are meaningless in the grand scheme of things. 700ish vouches don't prove that a bot wasn't used, it just makes it less likely, but still, very easily plausible. (considering it takes about a download & a double click).

You resolved this between yourselves when it first occurred so you can't just decide you want to open up a report 10 months later. The other reports you linked were also resolved and will not be reopened/overturned because of your claims here
