Can not connect to a rsps with a vpn

    Can not connect to a rsps with a vpn
    Can't play any rsps' when i'm using a vpn, but i can play osrs just fine, what could be the cause?

    Can not connect to a rsps with a vpn
    They block ip ranges/popular vpns/proxys/vps/etc.
