Why would u make a contract where payment is based on a fluctuating currency?
Even if u agree a standard set BTC amount, most people will try to pay earlier or later depending on what the price of BTC does.
If the price crashes or moons, look at it how you want, one party is gonna lose some money on it unless the price stays exactly the same which is never does longterm.
Long term contracts should ALWAYS be based on a fiat currency to avoid conflicts.

 

We aren't debating the flux, I couldn't care less regarding the $650, he's welcome to take $650 via PP/SKRILL/WIRE/Crypto whatever.

It's purely about principle, I think staff are mishandling the contract itself which is why I'm protesting it.

I actually have no problem paying him out at a $8.1k or $9k BTC value, I LITERALLY don't care, if he wants paid $650 at todays BTC value of $8.1-$8.2k then when staff rule in my favor he donates the difference or refunds it then I have no problem.

I'm just forcing the report to get staff to actually properly handle a damn contract -.-...

I quite honestly have never seen such a retarded cunt in my life. I have worked with acegoldshop & noblesgold & rscrowns site and never had the same issue. He literally put me off wanting to work for sites again.

And do you know what makes me laugh? I worked for 3-4 weeks to obtain a $56 pay check after all that was said and done, and the best part is, I sold over $2-3k of gold and he said I would be getting 33% of it. I even added up everything showed him the math and he tried t use his expert skills of being the local councilor and judge to the full extent not to pay me.
