rsmalls scam

Hey guys, Just thought i'd ask a question, Purchased a shitty account from rsmalls like 4-5 years ago for $30 trained it up load on rs3, 99 prayer 99 herb 99 all combat 99 dung etc, and the account got recovered like a year ago, But i recently saw it log in again then back out, I tried to contact rsmalls and they say they can't do nothing etc even tho they guarantee account safety, Any suggestions on what i should do?

I've been going through all my old emails to try find anything from them when they sent me account info but still can't find it, still have like 15k emails to go through lmao.

Any help would be appreciated

 

Best bet would be to find the email and show them proof of purchasing it etc. They might not believe that you purchased it. I'm also pretty sure they could of bought that account off of someone to sell.

 

That's the thing i remember the old username login and everything and how i paid them, But there first response when i said "i bought an account from u some years ago and its been recovered" there response was "Sorry i dont know how to help" lmao

 

Lol. Maybe try contacting the owner? He could probably help a lot more than his agents.
