what is the best way to get 75 defense with 1 att and 1 str?

currently doing monks f2p with rpg, but have 42 defense atm, whats the fastest way to hit 75 from here, im willing to pay for the $3 bond if there's a faster method out there for p2p.

any advice?

 

If you wanted to spend money on a bond and a little extra time getting 15 slayer, you can't go wrong with banshees. Not only do they have low defense to melee but they will rarely hit on you if the proper gear is used. Saving you food trips due to your slow attack ability allowing them to hit you for longer. Plus they drop some good skrilla!

Edit: Forgot to mention low level slayer monsters in general are great if you want decent drops and exp.

 

not the fastest: but i'd definitely just continue afking monks. probably using an autoclicker so it wouldn't logout.

If you don’t mind getting range experience, you should look up ’Organized Crime’ minigame on youtube. Apparently it is around 100k xp/h. Hope it helps

What would be the best place to chin though? Considering you’d have to do Tree Gnome Stronghold and The Grand Tree to be able to access Skeleton Monkeys, only place I can think of is NMZ and I’m not sure if thats actually a viable method in any way.

The best would be seagulls at port sarim,

you cant chin at ape atoll will 1 att n str. As attack exp is rewarded via the pre quests.

 

Also you could get 65 woodcutting and do Sulliuscep mushrooms for the fossils and then put all the xp lamps on defence, thats what I’m currently doing on my obby mauler. Its pretty much free 120k xp towards any skill you’d like.

If you want it to be a better trophy account get members, go do shadow of the storm, one small favour, the 120k xp from museum, either via trees or herbibores if you want hunter levels. You can get the account close to 75 defence with only 50-55hp by doing those things + all the defence rewarding quests.

 

Idk if you could hit sand crabs? Maybe pest control?

 

Afk monks in the Monastery in Edgeville, that's where I see most Defence pures.
