    Hi. I paid for a fire cape service, so I am satisfied that I got what I paid for. I was told it would take 4 hours but about 2 hours later I got an email to let me know that it was done. There were even quite a few supplies still left over. :)

    However, I want to say your live support worker Kin was difficult to work with. He was replying fast initially (within seconds), and then when I gave him my login information as he asked, he went silent for 10 minutes. It got me worried so I asked a few times if he was there. He then replied saying the login info was wrong, and I repeated what I had told him because I knew the account name and password I gave him was 100% right. He said it was wrong again. I realised that I needed to give him an email instead of account name which I then did (something I forget to do from time to time when I try to login to OSRS). From there, he pestered me about if this is even my account or not, how can I play the game if I don't know my login details, and how do I not know how to login. I explained that it was a simple mistake, and that I've paid him for a service and asked that he just does what I paid him for. I was already getting worried that this could be a scam when he ignored my message for 10 mins after replying very fast, and this belittling worried me more. I don't think people should be continuously rude to those who are paying for a service.
