Selling lvl 131

I am sorry I just do not trust no one anymore, two buyers both just down right tried to scam me. The last one I put a lot of faith in and just scammed me.

First one, offered me 1,000 for the account, I sent a money request and then never heard back from him so I cancled the request.

Second guy, he lived out of the country sent a money order, showed me a receipt and everything. I spoke to him on webcam, I put my cam up. I spoke to his mother she said she was shipping it out. Once again, nothing.

I'm not going to trust no middle man, no mother, no body. I trusted this kid / his mother and I was disrespected when I was lied to. If your mother is going to lie for you to scam on a RPG game, that only shows what type of mother / person you are...

You made the offer, you want to send payment via paypal; [email protected] I've received over 3,000 dollars in the last month. I own a detailing shop so most payments are made over paypal.

If you don't want paypal, send a money order. I'm going to go on Runescape to take more up-to-date photos / bank photos but still, you don't get account until you paid for it.

The guy who just got banned on this post was trying to scam me, thank god he's banned!

 

You seem smart. If I were you, honestly, I'd take mail, Western Union, E-Gold, and nothing else. Those are the ONLY methods that the sender can't recover money from.

Sorry to put your thread down.
But I have a few points here.

First, RS. Buying accounts for RS is not recommended, the seller could easily recover his account with credit info, I've done it many times when I've been scammed. And I've found it is fairly easy, and takes about an hour.

Second, up to $900 USD is alot to ask of an online game that you could easily be banned on for simple minded things. RS Is just not a game to buy items/accounts for. It's to risky for the buyer. Plus, there is no legit way of proving this man's identity. So Say he runs of with $900 of your hard earned money? You cant do anything, your screwed. Simple.

Third, you may seem legit. He's an older man, O.K. Age has nothing to do in the long race of a black market. Neither does post count. This man seems as if he could be a real legit person, but as I examine his posts, I notice how he slips across a little bragging. "I run my own business. I have over $20,000 USD in sales." O.K. again. You've said it about twenty times. Once is enough. Bragging makes this seem more like a scam than a legit trade.

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying this guy could be a scammer, I'm just saying, be careful. There is one picture. These could be easily taken on a moparscape/dodian server. There is no out-screen screen shot to prove this was taken from the official RS website. And, not to mention, one picture. The bank means nothing. That quote right there, means alot. I smell a giant red flag flying high above the castle walls. If you are going to include the section talking about your bank Items, you must provide proof. That's false advertising, basically, and you, as a business man, should know this. Don't say something you cant back up. You need, Screens of the black marks, of the bank, of the screen after login, showing if recov's are set or not. DO NOT say things you can not back up. But like I said, don't take this the wrong way, This just sounds fishy.

Pictures added, It won't let me post my long reply back, its sitting here loading but I will try again and edit it when I wake back up. Bank photos are up so now that is up I have one thing off my list of things to prove.

1) misrepresented the items he sent (i.e. broken)
2) tries to sell stuff he doesn't have (tool chests, rolexs, etc.)
3) pays you with paypal and then files for unauthorized use of said account.
4) using stolen credit card numbers (pretending to be those other people).
5) signed up under different SN's to give himself a positive trader rating, and to vouch for him.
6) pretends to be a lawyer, or threatens frivolous lawsuits.

As of yesterday he scammed a friend of mine. Thinking this one will be another walk in the park.

He scammed the wrong person this time, his demise will be soon and overwhelming. Getting arrested again will be the very least of his problems.

i send this guys $780! via money order i was the one who showed receipt and he claimed money didnt arrive when it did, he even got hes mom on the webcam... fucking said i hope he gets arrested.

 

dam ouch scammer is going to jail hopefully...
