I talked to him around lunch my time but shortly after he stopped replying to me so when i got him i checked the highscores and noticed my rsn was moved off my account "clouds" and put onto another similar piety pure account so i instantly got online and my accounts name was stolen and the service wasn't completed and any remaining gear i had on the account had been stolen also. He has 716,251 str exp left to complete the order. I paid 21200k for 3852k str exp.

Also scammed these two guys as it would appear.

Seems like user has been on and completely ignored all 3 open reports on him.

I've gone ahead and banned him in this report: Chinner scammed me ( heartless person ). @Killswitch i'll add this to the ban reason.
