Explanation of the trade:
@bobthefrog123123 and Myself were going to trade @bobthefrog123123 's Runescape Pure for my 65M Gold. We asked Diann to middleman for us.
We followed his procedure and posted on his thread - followed by him replying to us as his procedure.

How they scammed:
I traded @Diann the 60M on OSRS. While I was doing account checking with @bobthefrog123123, @Diann claimed that his account with 60M on it got banned. He refused to Reimburse the 60M and simply ignored us - forcing us to open this scam report.
He has no TOS and thus he can not state that he is not to be held responsible for this. Clearly the Gold was on his account, if he got it banned - it's his responsibility.

he's clearly a scammer, the photos he provided came instantly. He had obviously prepared them in advance for the scam. He is a freelancer and uses vulnerable sythe members to collect free GP.

 

he could be telling the truth guys happened with me and still vkid earlier i sold my zerk for 130m wortel was the mm and wortels account got banned they must be really upping the rwt banhammer by the looks of it ive never seen anyone say they got banned for rwting i thought it was really rare but i guess they must have some new software or something? not sure why theyre ignoring you though thats not on

 

Just because it has occured in other instances, does not mean it is the case here. The photos the middleman provided to us was given instantly, as if he already had the photos already. Seems a bit fishy imo, the middleman needs to compensate because i had to change all passwords and the other participant lost 60m.

 

Their should be a time on the account that it got banned, all you have to do is compare the account ban time with all the times in the chats. If you trading him the gold, him confirming he received the gold and the account getting banned don't match up then you have your answer. If they do match up then again you have your answer. I see the images of the accounts and other images don't have the PC time on it so no way to tell from there unless he has more better image spacing. Looks like everything should of happened about 8:53 perhaps the time on the banned account of jagex sending him a banned account email matches this time.

I'm sure a moderator can dig it out. Please feel free to delete my 2 cents if its not needed.

yeah exactly, it was rynraken, i saw him ingame. but if you want to confirm with Fruitti thats fine

Just so staff can note, Tutti is an offsite scammer anyway.

If the MM is going to be held liable, if it's concerning Tut, he should have it held.

@Diann Did you make the customer aware of the risk of possible RWT bans?
Did they agree to your TOS prior to the MM?

Can you verify the name you told them to trade, and show us proof they traded "Rynrakan"? Show the discord logs, please.
