Explanation of the trade: Fear and his partner mots had come in to take over sports bets in the elite ranks discord, the agreement was to split wins and losses of sports bets. We had an agreement for a sports betting bot, they refused to allow us to have the bot and decided to make their own discord. After they made their own discord they seem to believe they owe nothing from the losses (we lost a lot due to a big bettor winning a few bets) 1550m includes both wins and losses.

I'v included every bet that had been complete for 1550m but we also has additional bets that fear and mots took before leaving, these are them(all of the following are bets that have not been included in the previous gyazo):

total 703m our agreement was to split wins and losses so 351.5m +1550= 1901.5m owed

Those are for all the best that they took but then left discord with, meaning they took the bets but before the match ended they had left the discord.

How they scammed: We agreed to split wins and losses, they left our server and refuse to pay the losses owed.

This shows the revenue section, in which we add up the profit and loss the multiple above games I listed are not included there because they left before they were complete.

there are two questions we need to ask fear if he answers honestly then its obvious how much is owed. Firstly: Did you and mots join sports betting knowing that we would be splitting both the wins and losses? Secondly: is the number of 1901.5m accurate if it is not please provide the number you believe you owe is (1901.5m takes into account that it is only 50% so I have lost 1901.5m myself and they would pay the remaining 1901.5 because bettors won a total of 3803m this includes both wins and losses.

hes arguing that he should have more control over the sports section as they have 50% of the profit/loss.

to make this simple, @Fear did we agree on 25% each and is the amount of gp owed there accurate, if you deny either explain why if you dont the case is easily and quickly solved with how much you owe.

To any mod looking at this, if he denies either of those hes blatantly lying and it will only trying to waste my time I believe additional punishments such as a longer twc should be required for wasting everyones time, thanks, if not I'm happy to take the 1900m and leave it at that.

 

Hey guys, This report is baseless and full of lies. I'm pinning it to revenge he's taking for us not giving him access and controlling the bot which was not the agreement we made in the first place. and trying to ruin our name.

He's made two reports, one against me and one against @Mots. Where me, @Mots , @rscrown and @Owner split equally 25% once the bot is complete that was our agreement, the proof he gave was the bets we took because his current hosts left after hearing that the bot will replace them and us incharge of it and no one was able to take the bets. We both were admins and so we did it as a task unrelated to our agreement, because the agreement was that we split once the bot was completed and took bets and that would be our splits.

Please notice the Date on the messages.

EDIT: Notice the links in signature were never changed, and we were still taking bets in our discord as normally, this was being done under the agreement which stated that we only stop taking bets once the bot is fully functional and running.

We did not leave, we were kicked/banned by @Owner. They're trying to ruin our name here again, I request them to show the audit logs which will prove that theyre the ones who illegally banned us.


Our only splits came once the bot was there, which was why Sports King was there in the first place. The bot was only able to take a few bets before us being banned and threatened. The records were stored under the confirmed-bot-bets channel which the owners have access to now. where I believe we profited 200m and a few 10m bets before the banning happend. we require splits from this to be given to us.

I also request to read the report Private here which deals with further matters that @Owner and @rscrown needs to be held accountable for.

EDIT: @Owner and @rscrown Could you explain why are you trying to tarnish our image and trying to rob us, we don't operate on threats taken we've made this clear, we run an authentic business

Update: This is still under review, we have a few more things we are looking at.

 

After reviewing this report, and a staff discussion. @Mots and @Fear were asked to join, and take manual bets. Prior to this they had an agreement, when the bot was up they would all split the bets 25-25-25-25. March 5th there was a discussion in which Mots and Fear would begin taking the "Manual bets" Mots proceeds to state "What's in it for me", @RS Crown replies and says "25%". Therefore an agreement was made, and both @Mots and @Fear began taking manual bets on the impression they were all in 25-25-25-25%. This situation went bad, instead of winning the bets, they were in debt, and decided they were not in an "Agreement" anymore. Therefore, @Fear and @Mots, please post here when each of you have paid your 25% (950M RS3 each)

After reviewing the betting logs, your debts are (1.9B RS3 between the both of you), the agreement was 25-25-25-25, so you both owe 950M RS3 each.

Both users have been DNT'd until their debts are paid.
