    watch every vid by this guy if you want to get into it, its actually very simply I use the method of looking at your hands, count your fingers if you have more or less than 5 then you're dreaming if you have a claw or something else you are dreaming too. Reality check every 20 mins if you can remember that often, maybe every 30 mins.

    The most important thing is write down your dreams, you are done easy.

    i have not tried your method but ui have tried getting lucid dreams but never seems to work for me i shall try this tonight

    Tried this for 3 days straight, I can't really visualize any colours with my eyes closed, I also get distracted by other things on my mind. I did get a feeling once that I was like falling into the dream, which felt like the "transition"? But I wasn't able to get into the dream somehow.. Really dissapointed but still trying every night.

    I lucid dream often, i used to need these techniques do become lucid. Nowadays i have about 4/5 lucid dreams every week without trying. I still sometimes induce it from a wake state because it is much easier to construct scenes that way.

    The key things are: meditation ( it is all about being aware of everything) your dream journal for recognizing dream signs and to improve your dream recall aswell as seeing the patterns in your dreams, and reality checks.

    Get used to performing reality checks during your waking state. Try to perform a reality check everytime you wake up or just in a regular fashion during your day. What helped for me was attaching the reality checks to things you would normally see, like doors for instance. If you go through a door do a reality check. When you get used to it you’ll automatically start doing it in your dreams.

    For anyone who wants to get better at lucid dreaming, there is one youtuber previously mentioned i would recommend. Giz edwards, watch his and enjoy your dreams :)

    Persistence. Keeping a dream journal will really help, and throughout the day do a reality check, question if you are in a dream on in reality often.

    Set an alarm for 5-6 hours after you fall asleep, wake up for 30 minutes and then go back to sleep trying to concentrate on starting a dream. It'll happen eventually
