Scammed by Dice Nation/DN Changer

So i was sitting there. Wanting to swap some GP. I wanted 2B RS3 and for that i looked around for good rates. Eventually came to the CC called Akord swap. The swapper in there quickly messaged me and lead me to the discord "dice nation". He there proved to me that he was a rank in there and it all looked legit. What then happened was that i got scammed. He never showed up and blocked me from dice nation's discord server and he blocked me aswell.

I kinda accepted my loss and went on, but then the weirdest thing happened. I saw a post on facebook calling me and my runescape name out, apperently there was a video that i supposedly should have made calling out dicenation for scamming. In the video it shows only the scammers POV. It is explained in the video by saying that he was livestreaming and therefore i could have gotten the fotage.
What i then found out is that this incident supposedly already should have been reported here. This is not me who've made this report aswell.
I have tried talking to the owners of dice nation for a refund but they wont refund me because they think that i am DN changer.

I can prove that i am the owner of the account "kebabkriger" and that i am not trying to do anything here than getting my 317M back.

 

HELLO sythe mods. i am the guy who found the real owner of the account on facebook. i did so out of pure curiosity i had no idear it would end up resulting in suchs a complicated situation.
i went to the dice nation discord to try and talk some sence in to alan. he just went on to think i also where that DN changer guy. and then he posted a picture after out converstaion of his discord conversation with jonas and claimed jonas never responded him when he pmed him. when the sad truth is he banned jonas before he had the time to reply and he also banned me from their discord before i got the change to post proof.. he sure seem to have something to hide and beeting a member of the gambling/swapping commnutiy myself this makes me sick to my stomach how hes treating a customer. u should almost think he got a split of the gold they scammed off this guy.

First of all i would like to state that DN Changer was not a host rank, i understand he had the verified swapper rank but he was NOT a host rank. Every HOST rank has paid a deposit which if a scam did occur we would refund up to the max bet of the rank.
In our !help command we advise that you do not swap over a hosts max bet // 50m 07 for "Verified swappers".

Second of all we do believe that you are in fact GG changer and you have set this up to try and cash in and damage our reputation. The discord logs i have with you and GG changer show strong similarity in which the way you type.

And here is an example of how "Jonas" speaks Gyazo - b9477c4c9eed92c676a01b28d449641d.png : Now this could just be a coincidence but as you can see they both speak in a very similar format. No punctuation and lots of acronyms.

The video that was made was aimed at Alan being a scammer when you knew full well that Alan wasn't the scammer but it was Dn changer. Looking through the video it states that you made over 300m 07 bossing and PKing yet looking at your highscores i can't really see what you would've been bossing to make that much money and they aren't your conventional PKing stats.

Your RS3 stats also are non existent meaning that it is a level 3. Maybe this is just another coincidence?


Your sythe report above states that you came to a cc called Akord swap. Yet, Akord swap wasn't a thing before we kicked GG changer. Our CC was DN Swaps and that was what we were advertising ingame. Before GG changer was running a CC called GG changer and only AFTER we banned him has now rebranded himself as Akord swap.
Looking at the video that was created you state that you joined the "DICE NATION" clan.

At 1:02 in the video you also click Alans name and type =scammer this was before you even spoke to Alan so how can you make such accusations?

This tells me that you admit that you are not the discord user "Jonas#5357" which was the user who was trying to get the refund. Earlier during the day i felt bad for what had happened and i personally offered the discord user "Jonas#5357" 50m 07 refund, i was not entitled too but i felt bad that he had been screwed over.
I asked him if he could remove the video in order for me to give him 50m, which he agreed too. The video got unlisted.

He then said he was waiting on a fresh account world 308. I then asked him to take the money on KebabKriger and i also need him to go back on his main discord account "Jonas#8876" before i can trade him anything and this was to make sure i wasn't refunding an imposter.

After telling him that several excuses were being made about phone confirmations and that a "sythe mod said u have to pay it all back"

He also tried telling me about how can imposter unlist the video.
A few hours go by and the discord account "Jonas#5357" tells me he has managed to unlocked his account and i need to send him a friend request.

Around 40 minutes before that "Jonas#8876" Had DM'ed me asking for his refund but i was busy and didn't respond thats when he logged back into "Jonas#5357" to tell me to add the other Jonas. This shows a clear link between the two discord accounts yet he states above that it was not him typing to Alan? Another lie?

My last final conincidence is the way "GG changer" sends his screenshots.

When GG changer was in discussion with Alan he sent a screenshot with a clear red box to indicate his point.

In the description of the video he shows proof that he was infact talking to Alan in discord: here is the first screenshot in the top of the description: Screenshot
As you can see from this it is another coincidence that he uses the same editting techniques as GG changer.
Also he uses the same screenshotting software "Prtnscr.com" although common it is just another common denominator.

I am almost certain that this was a set up scam in order to not only give us a bad name but to make money off of our business. I am sure if i dig deep enough i can find many more similarities and more evidence against them.

Overall we do not cover swap scams in our discord as the swappers are not insured so we ultimately owe nothing. We have had dice host scams in the past which have been paid back within minutes and that's because every dice host is insured with the deposit that they pay in order to even host.

it is actually amazing how ignorant you have been to my post. Completely ignoring the fact that i state in my post that i am NOT the poster of the youtube video nor the owner of the discord account called jonas#5357. In the video you do not see ANYTHING from the perspective of my screen or from the account "kebab kriger". You then later reference to the video as if it is me who posted it. In the video it is correct that it says that i wanted to swap OSRS to RS3 because i wanted to boss and shit. Again... this video is not made by me and therefore this is complete nonsense and just made up by the creator of the video.
In the end you use examples of same editting techniques. Both of the screenshots with edited things on is from the imposter.

You compare the way that GG changer and my IMPOSTER speaks, and coincidently they type, as you point out, almost exactly the same.

Let me just do a quick TLDR. I got scammed, my ONLY accounts that i will contact you from ever and you should ever listen to will be this sythe account. The RS account "KebabKriger" and/or my discord Jonas#8876

This means that every discord account besides Jonas#8876 is NOT me. This means that the youtube account is NOT mine(thus not my video) and this means that every account runescape account you will ever make you contact will be "KebabKriger".

If you think my discord is fake i can show you pictures with me chatting with friends that are years old. If you think that i am not the owner of "kebabkriger" i can send you videos of me logging into the game. Unfortunately it can be hard to show that i am not the owner of something(the youtube video).

I would also prefer to be taken seriously instead of the instant block i received on discord from alan. This is to me a sign on lack of seriousity and respect.

 

TLDR of TLDR
All of your so called "evidence" is not from ANY of my real accounts. Evidence you use are screenshots send by my imposter.
Comparing typing: Jonas#5357 and DN changer. Jonas#5357 is not my account and have never been.

Talking about what i wanted to use the RS3 gp for: Saying that my RS3 stats are nonexisting and therefore the video is fake. Yes, this is true. This is because i am NOT the creator of the video.

Then you say that i told you that a sythe mod told you to pay it all back. Again, the messages is received from the imposter discord yet again.

And you final evidence is again editing technique. Again it is pictures from imposter discord.

 

You clearly didn't read my points.

After confronting your "Imposter" "Jonas#5357" telling him i would not refund him anything until i got a message from "Jonas#8876". The "Imposter" goes MIA for 9 hours. At 9 PM i get a DM from your discord "Jonas#8876" Saying you are ready for you refund, this was the first message you had ever sent to me so how would YOU know that i would be giving you a refund?

22:28 he msg me saying he is refunding. Telling me that he will tell me what i need to do. He tells me that i will get a friend request from you and i will have to type nothing but "it is me". These msg where exchanged the same time as you and him were talking.

I was at work while he was saying that he "locked his account" or whatever bullshit he was pulling. I got home and as previously mentioned a guy wanted to help me from a danish runescape forum. He told me that i should go pm you and alan, so i did.

When i got online on my discord, this dn changer guy got on his imposter discord and tried cooking up a story.


Oh and you are saying that akord swap only became a thing after you banned this kid, but when i was swapping it was through akkord swap and at that point this kid was still a rank on discord.

 

Nothing of what you say adds up. It's clearly the scammer messaging you that are you ready for a refund. So that doesn't add anything to your points. I'll just finish with this, most are under the assumption that this is all set up which the evidence suggests. Again if it were true which i'm inclined it isn't you shouldn't just trade 300m 07 without confirming it with any admin or high rank. Clearly you didn't use !help command in discord (which the sythe mod already investigated)

And I only made this fucking sythe account to help the kid that really got scammed in all this. I found the video in our public chat cause it was posted there. I investigated who the fuck kebabkriger was and then I got mad that u fucks think he's dn changer. My only purpose in life as of right now will be to help this kid. He didn't know about sythe or the fact u could even report people on here before I told him.

Also u keep saying he wasn't ranked as a dice rank in ur discord. Well clearly the kid wasn't gambling but swapping. No where on ur scamming Ass discord does it state that you don't cover up ranks scams when swapping also no where does it state how much a MASTER swapper can take..master swapper that sounds like someone who can take alot.... You keep thinking this kid is dn changer and u even fucking accused me of beeing him when I joined ur discord. More information that i put together. "Jonas#8876" States that someone from a Danish RS forum told him to make a report which im guessing is supposedly "TheRealSlowCooker"

Yes. He contacted me through a danish runescape group on facebook. I chose to call it a forum, because that was how i viewed it, but yes it is a facebook group. The post on there is not accesibly as of now. This i because one of the first things that i asked him to do was to remove the post.

What im telling you is not prof of anything since the post is deleted but this is what the post was like as i remember it.

He asked me if someone in the forum's ingame name was kebabkriger, asking for the person(in this case me) to pm him. He wanted to help me sort this mess out. (he had seen the video that to his knowledge was uploaded by me and wanted to help).

I quickly responeded but since my break at work were done i had to just leave some pm's and hope that he could help me when i got off. I have a screenshot of the messages i sent him when i saw the post. I have censored out his full name and his picture. Also the part from where i was working and where he told me about who he was and how he knew about it. (To my knowledge the money was lost and i had no clue about what this youtube video was about).
The conversation is gonna be on danish and you will have to take my word for it, find someone who can understand what i am saying or use a translator.

hello. id like to explain i see this situation. i found the video of kebabkriger getting scammed in our public chat. previusly a that fake jonas came in out discord claiming to be the guy who got scammed the leader of our discord then forwarded the fake guys discord tag to a sythe mod on discord. i then got curius as to who this kebabkriger was. i thought he made the video. so i went in a danish facebook group called " danskere som spiller runescape" translated to english. danish ppl who plays runescape. and i posted that i was looking for him cause i might be able to help him put together a sythe report. i then get a pm from the real owner of kebabkriger on facebook cause he saw that i where looking for him. he also asked me to delete the post on the facebook site so that he wouldnt get alot of pms. i then told him that i saw his video. and he said what video?. turns out he didnt create the video and had already just wrote it off as a loss cause he did not know about sythe. i then tried to talk to alan from dice nation on discord. who turns very nasty on me even tho im typing in the nicest tone plaussible. he then posts in his public channel a picture of the conversation between him and the real jonas on discord, he claimed that jonas never responded after alan got in touch with him. that is false cause alan banned him right away after typing thoose measseges. that can be prooved by pictures from the real jonas.



i had no idear the situation would be this complicated but it is. also ive heard u guys saying some bullshit about they dont have to refund him cause it says no where they refund swaps..... hold on let just that sink in. they want to be legit but theres no compensation? also no where did it state on their discord how much a masterswapper would be able to take. alan have prooven himself a real jerk in this whole sitatuation how i see it. cause there really where a customer who got scammed in all this mess. then i dont care what DN changer have done. and yes it was prolly DN changer who tried to claim the refund at first. but to accuse me of beeing dn changer was the last drop for me. that just goes to proove how stupid alan really is.

As a business / owner of a gambling / clan operation, you are responsible for scams. You are responsible for down payments, and to ensure your ranks do not scam. You claim only "Host ranks" paid deposits, that is not their fault you ranked someone randomly? That is your responsibility.

@Jonas Andersen The rank you swapped with "Verified Swapper" has a max of 50m, therefore, responsibility also falls on your hands, as you should be more careful swapping with ranks / checking their max before the swap. Therefore, @DiceNation is only responsible for the max swap of the rank.
