Explain the service: A large questing/skilling order paid in several parts
ObbzXSlay was doing this on my account, at some point he was paid for the work he had done so far and then decided to empty my bank (30m value) and run off.

I am working cooperatively with Calyahzz (I told him to make the report). I am also currently waiting to hear back from the worker I tasked to this job, SqueezeNuts. He and Calyahzz were the only two to have the password, so at this point it looks concrete that Squeezenuts took the money; he has not replied to my message since Calyhazz told me that everything was taken from the bank. I have not heard back from Squeezenuts since yesterday. I have also paid back Calyahzz.

Again, I told Calyahzz to make this report as it was my worker that scammed him so I will work with both sides until a resolution is found.

 

@ObbzXSlay As an owner you are liable to compensate the customer in the case your worker who is outsourcing an order ghosts on you / scams. I've DNT'd you, and your worker for the time-being until this is resolved.

Can you provide me with the following:
1) A screenshot of @SqueezeNuts Skype ID + proof that's his Skype ID
2) Proof that @SqueezeNuts was outsourcing the order (In other words, showing me the portion of the conversation where you gave him the contact details, and where he updated you on the progress of the order)
3) Proof of contacting @SqueezeNuts after you heard about this.

@SqueezeNuts Can you provide some insight to the situation at hand?

Also the victim (Calyahzz) is currently pardoning - Calyahz requesting a pardon for scamming, and it appears he hasn't made repayment yet, therefore that repayment can go towards community repayment, which would pay off his debt.

 

King think you overlooked but he say's he's already paid Calyahzz the scammed amount back so won't be able to put it towards community repayment and doesn't really need the DNT

2.) I created a conversation with him and Calyahzz where he kept Calyahzz updated. Calyahzz purchased multiple skilling orders so I'll just screenshot the chat.

Scammed by worker of ObbzXSlay

I was indeed refunded by RuneScape Cartel for unfinished services, however I was not compensated for his worker emptying my bank. As his workers pay a 25m deposit, he could use this to refund me.

As I currently have an open pardon I'm indeed okay with this going towards my reimbursement.
Please let me know how you'd like to sort this out.

 

@King, how would I go about repaying the amount that was taken from his bank? Do I pay it to a mod or to the Calyahzz?

I've discussed this with you two on Skype. @SqueezeNuts has been banned for scamming. The 25M 07 GP I've collected will go towards OP's pardon as he currently has a $30 debt. I'm truly sorry for what your worker did to you @ObbzXSlay. Closing this report as everything has been resolved.
