    Can't Access my other sythe account
    Grand Exchanges. It takes me to the screen where it says "You have been banned for the following reason: Compromised account. The original owner may recover their account here: Account Recovery & Creation".

    Could anyone help?

    Edit: I'm posting for my other account listed above, Grand Exchanges .
    Edit 2: could i pm you the e-mail? Apparelty I had some coin mining malware :\. Bottom Screenshot is from 360 total security virus scanner.

    I have taken care of the infection, it appears it was a bitcoin mining thing coming from my brave browser
