yeah i agree kinda because if you get your girl pregnant.......o boy a 13 year old girl with a baby i cant see it happening

 

Rape is definitely a crime EVERYWHERE in the United States and other civilized countries

I think that if both people consent to it, and neither pressures the other into doing it, it's okay. As long as both people really love each other and don't just want to have sex, to have sex, that is.

 

i personally think only people who are rapists are people who cant get girls >.< everybody can get girls if they try

But the fact is don't have sex at anytime just cause your excited...If your wearing a rubber and your protected and stuff and you really cant keep it in your pants then thats your problem. But make sure your being safe pregnant wise and STD wise. Also think of having a kid and what you would do and what your kid would have to grow up with.

Well if both partners agree to having sex they should know the consequences...either way if one of them is charged with rape they could get themselves out of it if they love each other...

 

We have laws like this to keep people from having sex without thinking. Sex can completley change someone's life if something goes wrong.

Pregnancy pills fail.

Things like this can happen. People should only have sex when they can actually have a child. How can a 12 year old have a kid? She can't. She would probably get an abortion, and she'll regret it for the rest of her life. These are big choices, kids shouldn't be making them.

As most of us already do have A free choice for example you can go to your girl's/boys house.. and the unexpected could happen. I think its wrong and will affect your future... Like.. being a farther possibly at the age of 15 wouldnt be really fun. Well I'm a Chritian. so thats my View on it.

well i think having sex with someone underage is ok if its under this instance, 1 person is 18 and the other is 17... other than that, if your that desperate,and simply cant control your puny mind, then get help or get Hand.

Why is it when in the UK a underage person has a child and yet i never hear of the mother/farther being Imprissoned or charged.
