Report a Seller Recovered Account After he sold

I am not complaint here, i just share my information to people. So feel free to see what was happened:

I purchased runescape account# [email protected], and paid $90 On 9/5/2017 to [email protected], and months played, the seller has recovered the account back, and i opened dispute to paypal. however, this seller said to paypal that he never sold runescape account, but Rs gold. However, paypal obviously got experience to deal with virtul business now. They end the case and decided in my favor.
