3rd account owner problem.

Hi, so my mate bought a low prayer fire cape pure, which makes it being higher in price. So here where the problem starts. He's 3rd owner, he went first on buyer and obv buyer scammed him. He gave all the recovery questions info what he got from second owner(original owner told him that 2nd owner gave legit recovery questions info). He contacted with original owner to try to recover it back, cuz he's original owner obv, but original owner cant get it back also, so does it mean original owner lied or why original owner keeps gettin denied? Btw, that scammer who has the account at the moment made pray 40+ which makes account less worthy. And i would like to ask does he have right to ask same ammount money when he bought pure,when it was low prayer? because at the moment account is ruined and aint worth that much anymore. or does he even have any right to ask money back, i mean i understand that's he's fault that he got scammed, but recovery question info wont work.

Sorry about my bad english, but hopefully someone can understand the problem here.

Honestly theres probably nothing your friend can do. He might as well should just try and get the account locked so the scammer loses access.

Also if the recovery info isn't working anymore, the original owner could of possibly moved after the account was sold so its not really his fault.
