Looks nice. Maybe you could have gone with a little darker text to fit the war "mood". I like it though, nicely done. 9/10.

 

Yeah, I was trying to fix that after... I wanted less of a glow and more of a dull dead look.

 

It looks like a game logo for a 2d platform type game
