I completely agree with that article. Being white just isn't all its cracked up to be. People take racism much more harshly coming for a white person.

Also, there are so many more organizations that help non-white males.
If you're a black women and you try to run a business, you can get so much government help. Google it and you'll see what I mean.

 

Any kind of racism is wrong, certain holidays or stuff just for races are wrong though, nobody should ever be grouped into a race, people cannot associate themselves with a part of a race then claim they deserve stuff for things that happened 100's of years ago. People should be treated as an individual, not grouped with their race. While some races will receive more abuse then others, I think all of it is wrong and none of it should be allowed.

The KKK is a RACIST pro white organization. Not an organization with a good purpose. The point I am trying to prove is that even when we TRY not to be racist, we are viewed as racist.

The term African American should be banned. It's one of the dumbest stereotypes I've ever seen. First of all, it implies that the person is African - black people also come from Haiti, India, Trinidad, Dominican Republic, Brazil, Australia, and Jamaica.


Second of all, it implies that the person is American, when he/she could just as well have been from any other country in the world. It also labels black people as a 2nd-rank citizen in America, because you don't call white americans American American, do you?

 

Ok look you fucknuts. KKK Is a WHITE POWER organization. Not a WHITE PRIDE. The KKK was made to discriminate blacks, not encourage white society. A white pride organization would be one where they note historical figures that were white, historical moments that support white people etc.

We live in a society these days were its Make Money, Take Money, and Break Money. Skin colours dont really matter anymore these days. A black man with money is just as good to rob as a white man with money, vice versa.

I think the United Negro College Fund was created for the abundance of unfortunate blacks

and being that whites aren't necessarily viewed as unfortunate (not saying that there aren't poor whites), it wouldn't really be beneficial to raise for funds for them

I applied for a scholarship thats only eligible for people with italian blood in them, doesn't make them racist they just want their culture to stay alive and be known.

Generally speaking "black" people when saying things like that AREN'T being cruel intentionally. i.e. calling a woman a bitch to their friends is the same, they say it but don't actually MEAN that they think their girlfriend/wife is a bitch.

Admittedly the whole racism thing is a bit one sided. But i personally think that after the years of slavery the african american society had to go through its their right to take revenge, and they are doing it in anon-violent way as racists. And not jus tthe slavery, the, segregation and lack of rights that followed it was appalling

The fact that when I go to school and a black kid can call me that, and it has happened and a teacher just says you guys stop it go to class. Then in that same situation you know for a fact if i did that in reverse calling him a nigger or black boy or something the news channel would show up on my door asking why. Also I hate when black people to day (not all of them) try to put guilt or shame on you for something you never did. Such as trying to put guilt on you for something like slavery yet I myself have never owned a slave treated another human being as a slave nor will I in the future. I do see a little of where Mosdef is coming from but it gets misguided. I as a person should never have to feel guilty for being born white, as you or any one else should have to feel it for being born any other race or color. I do know that there is racism towards Blacks, Hispanics, Asian, and Caucasian people alike.

I think someone else said it perfectly. It doesn't matter who is my check out clerk I would go to the line with less people whether the person there is White or green I don't care. All my mind is thinking is about going home and putting them away ans what I'm doing after.

We never said deal with it. I'm saying that I never did that so don't make me feel guilty for it. I understand that there is racism everywhere you go for anyone there are even countries that make you feel guilty and wrong just from being an American. I'm not mad that there is a United Negro College Fund. But it if white people did it there would be some questioning on leaving others out and we would be looped in that whole. I do understand what its like to be looked at different. I am part native American I don't look like it allot but enough for some people to notice and I do see it makes a difference. But since I know how it feels I'm not ignorant enough to throw it on to another person.
