getting rs members help

ok got couple ques bout getting members for runescape...pls b as detailed as possible

i tried subscribing via sms by texting with my cell fone...i tried like 3 times and doesnt work...no response, which part do i list as recipitant and which part do i put in message(if any) and wat shows up next to the $6 dollar charge on the fone bill....does it say runescape or jagex ltd... or jus say its a random text

also wondering about pay by fone...wat shows up on the bill wen u pay by fone...like does it say runescape or jagex on it or does it say its jus a random charge

this is my cell phone bill from att, however, idont think it maters what service it is.

1. is your phone a "service" phone or Tracfone? i dont think it matters, but it may...
2. it doesnt say jagex/runescape;

Once I paid with by phone and my dad got pissed since on the bill it said Runescape Jagex Ltd/pay by phone sub and some numbers..I'll post a picture once I can find one bill.
