F2P 40 attack pure // Favorite Training Areas in P2P?

I've been working on my 40 attack pure here for a bit and I've had lots of them over the years.

When you guys create these builds, some of you go all-out and get 99 strength with 40 attack and sometimes 99 range. Where do you go for this? I'm assuming sand crabs/rock crabs for the melee portion and then cannon the 99 range at Ogres? Do you guys have any special places or techniques that you use to progress through these levels?

 

New crabs on the fossil island/nmz on later levels.

 

NMZ i'd say at higher strength levels, maybe even ankous with salve(e) if you want to make some money

 

The new zeah crabs are awesome at lower levels. Definitely a bit of NMZ later on just to change things up but AFAIK it's still better to do crabs for xp.

 

Yeah, as everyone else has stated, either sand crabs or the new fossil island crabs.

That's what seems to be trending in the comments. That's where I'm training currently too. I've considered paying someone to train my account to 90 strength for me, but this account has 99 agility and almost 99 mining and other very high skilling stats, but I just turned it into a F2P pure then eventually a gmauler. My concern is someone scamming me and levelling up my defence in the process.

 

I haven't heard of the fossil island crabs before. I stated in my other reply to another user above of my plan to attempt and pay a highly reputable user to power train my account to 90 strength maybe. But I'm concerned of being scammed and having my defence upgraded from the scammer in the process. The account is over 1150+ total level and it was level 19 the other day, it's now level 38 but I've been working on it as a F2P Pure then soon to be gmauler when I get bored of F2P.

I know, but either way it just seems so sketchy.

 

Negotiate with a service-r. Tell them that if they fuck up your stats that they're going to train a new account for you.

 

In my opinion Ammonite crabs are so much superior to every other crab in the game for training. Not only do they have 100hp instead of 50 or 60 but they are also behind a sort of high requirement for lower level players (decreases the amount of people or bots significantly). In additiom to this you recieve fossils that you can then clean and put them into the empty display cases in the Varrock museum to recieve experience lamps for some extra experience.

The problem I find with Sand or Rock crabs is that they’re always crowded which makes it kind of repulsing to even get started, but for Ammonites you more often than not log into an empty world within first 5 worlds you hop through, and the spots are usually with 3 or 4 crabs. My recommendation is that you get the needed requirements for finishing Bone Voyage to access Fossil island and train there.

Sand crabs would be your best bet man.

 

if you wanna have advantage abit with low hp and hight str go pest control get like 80ish str with like 65 hp

 

sand crabs for ur atats, 60+ attk nmz would be beter

 

Crabs is best if you do other stuff and just run north once every 15 mins. Otherwise it’s quite a boring grind. Bring a regen bracelet and varrock armour 1 so you won’t have to eat so much and you can comfortably afk.

 

Ammonite crabs for 100% sure. Same as sand crabs but you can always find a 3 spot, and they have 100 health.
Can get 80k xp/hr there afk.
