The Worst Update in Runescape History

I didn;t say 60% of ALL RWT's were Pker's/Staker's; I said 60%+ of Pker's/Staker's were RWT's.

 

I know and I said I dont think 60% of the people that made mills from pking and staking were RWT. I also added that most of the people that did
RWT were gold farms from china.

 

i used to rwt...as a matter of fact i still do. jagex didnt kill it off at all (they goldfarm on your account now) and you CANT beat rwt. there is so many mmorpg's around today that if it even was impossible to rwt on runescape they would just continue using world of warcraft, guild wars etc and it would only turn out bad for jagex and not for the rwt's. jagex handled the issue in the worst possible way. they could have IP banned china, same effect as what they done as they would lose just about as many people as they did through getting rid of staking pking etc except that pking, staking, trading would still be around. gf jagex

 

real world trade will happen no matter what. obviously its still happening if this site is still running. so i dont see the point in taking our fun away..

 

I think the worst update was when they took out staking.

I would have to say almost every update is the worst because most of them all suck and it ruins certain peoples love of the game. Personally my flavour of game playing is runecrafting, but it also was pking .

Pking and staking updates were the worst, completely killed making large amounts of money and real world item trading

 

quickchat - its a pain in the ass. when i have my shortkeys typer enabld, it brings up the fuckin quickchat menu - it pissed me off. So everytime i hit my shortkeys, i have to click the litte X to 'type' again.

That and the Wilderness.

 

The worst update would definetely be the RWT thing.

I am a account hacker and a scammer in RS (not here so gfo)
it has made getting the stuff off of their acc's a little harder...

Yes, the quick chat interface is quite maddening.

 

People should just get over the Wilderness and Trading Update, It's gone, and do you even READ Development Diaries?

They clearly stated this had to be done to avoid Jagex being sued from CC companies, and to the person who said they could've eliminated the bots, how many times do you think they tried that? Remember Aryan, that got KOed, then srl-forums came along and made a new bot, and more of those high-tech bots, honestly, I am very happy they removed the wilderness, it killed a lot of people from the game, but mostly the immature kids who are 13 years old and have nothing better to do then pk and after they die whine.

So please, JUST GET OVER IT.

Anyway, the worst update for me was making Duel Arena F2P.

 

removing wilderness for bounty hunter......removal of staking....TRADE LIMIT

Whining 13 year olds? People like pking because it was the only thing that could be fun and make lots of money at the same in runescape

 

that and staking, though that has been said too many times.

 

You ARE aware that RWT is still 90% as strong as it once was?

Jagex did nothing but piss off a LOT of people and lose a LOT of memberships. RS isn't about carefully watching your stats, only dominating the people who can't spend sixteen hours a day to train their character. Which is what I think Jagex wants to do anyways, because they're the ones funding them the most.

 

Removal of wilderness while adding Bounty Hunter.
