Dookie TWC Dispute

Hi,
A few months ago I was giving a TWC rank and I would like to dispute it. The reason why I was giving a TWC rank was because I was supposedly acting “shady” I was buying osrs gp through powerbot.org and it was said the payment went through but I never received the gold which would explain why I was “stalling” I was going first in the trade so I don’t see what the problem would be plus we were using a MM. I have bought two accounts since then but both users have been banned. This has been months since it’s happen and I still haven’t been banned not to mention I’ve bought two accounts and a firecape since then. Thank you
