Moderator Listing

Perhaps I've missed it, and if so, excuse my obliviousness, but I'd like it if there were a list of the moderators. I'd like to know who the moderators are and what section they moderate. Furthermore, I'd like a description of what each moderators privileges are and what powers they have.

I feel that all of these suggestions would better Sythe because the list would inform the users of who the mods are and their importance/abilities.
