My Range Pure

Ok, is it better to have just pure range and hit points, or make a tanker and have the same thing except with like 30 defence or something?

In other words: are the combat lvls worth having the extra defence?

 

it's better to have a tanker but you need to get 40+ defense for rune 70 if your members

At the moment mine's 54 range at 37 combat. I also have 32 magic, but that doesn't raise combat or HP (if you use weaken/curse all the way up there).

40 def IS WORTH the combat levels, being you're ONE prayer.

I can gladly tell you from experience, my tank was 82 range, 40 def, and 65 Combat. Now come on, that IS hella pwnage. Stay one prayer, get 70 range, and do dragon slayer with 40 def. then simply train range.

 

40 def isnt worth it if ure 70 range u have to be 90+ range to make it worth it

 

dont do d slayer at 40 def, do it at 33 def

if u do at 33 def, it will raise exactly to 40

Despite what others have said, I say, get 45 defence and 44-52 prayer for eagle eye and/or smite.

 

I have a level 58 with 75 Range, 44 Prayer, and getting 44 prayer was the biggest mistake I ever made. It was helpful, but not good for my combat, I couldve been level 50 without the prayer, and owned at level 50. But at 58 I get owned by people with 1 Prayer. I just didnt knwo another way to do dt.

 

Mate DT can be done at 13 prayer.

 

I forgot all most people do is pk. I was talking about raiding.
