Buying 3 - 7M , trought low crater :)

Hi , ive recently been scammed on my lvl 70 "now 83" , the hacker done some bad things , as taken my cash and got me 45 defense.
Still its a lvl 83 that owns , but im more to 1 defense pures.
Ill offer my lvl 83 for 3 - 7M .
the acc is altrought perm muted , thats why i wont ask for much .
i wont accept less than 3M , bcuz its what i need to get 70 range and mage
ill be glad to use a mod/admin mm, unless somehow ull go first

Notes:the acc ill want the respect ammount of 3 - 7M is a lvl 24 atm , working on to get higher.
i will not give account if money is lost insde bounty hunter
the mm will login my acc and to the transfer
