recovering perm banned acc's

right now im trying to get his acc unmuted by contacting jagex

but my question is...in the convo...is it really true that a perm banned account is unbanned after 2 years...becuase i logged onto his account and it is indeed playable, also i went to his appeal offences page and his ban appeal and last chance appeal were both denied

could any1 shed some light on this subject

reason i am interested is bcuz i have a lvl 123 named enjoi888 with over 2000 total lvl with mills on it and 8 lvl 99s

also my main enjoi888 had a total lvl of 2044 wen it was banned. do u think that was the hghest lvl account ever banned????( it also had 5 feather gold chompy hat and champion scroll minigame complete)

 

my friend had his acct banned with unable to appeal anymore blk marks and all them were denied, even the last chance, so he gave me pass and like a month ago i got it bc it got unbanned =[]

 

email Jagex acting like ur dad using the parent email.... idk if it works. ive just herd it works.

yeh try contacting them or go to the Uk and throw bricks at them thats what 1 brave kid did
