Firstly, does this user have a Sythe account? You mentioned that you're unsure, but if I don't know who you're referring to, then there's nothing I can do about this. If you know any Skypes / E-mails of his, then you can try searching them on the search box here to see if it correlates to any user.

I know brother I saw. Apologies for the delayed response I'll review it momentarily.

 

@BiPollaire Bear I had to get some more opinions on this first. After doing that I've came to the conclusion that you'll have to work that out between yourselves since this user isn't a Sythe user, and since there were no terms . You'll either have to refund the 190M payment increment you've received thus far / keep the account, or work out a resolution so that you can get the rest of the payment somehow.
