Resolving King Tijn 2 report

why didn't you say anything to the livechat instead of carrying on gambling? you saw there was a bug in the system and it wasn't working properly but decided to carry on.

 

also pretty sure i created the scam report pre making the next order for full video proof that the system was a scam or flawed. if you could check the timing on that.

 

i did as you can see my first roll was 20m x2 i did not screen shot. i just told them and they said they did not know what had happened and would send a support ticket which would be sent to the owner. at that point i was not sure that all 2x rolls or even the reroll and other roll king mentioned were bugged.

 

then you can see i said i would follow up with screen shots all matched except the dclaws. only the golden chest was bugged. i had bought only 2 golden chests. i made a screenshot. told livechat at that point i had won. told them i was taking a second screenshot and did.

@Colin m92 I discussed this with @Chloe but i'm going to ask one other staff member for their opinion before we give a response for the outcome of the report.

 

Ok thank you. but also take into account king calls it a gambling site and relates it to an atm giving out free money? not sure if anyone here actually plays cards in casinos but say if you are playing 21 and the dealer shows cards or flops the cards the player and every player in front of them has the opportunity to hold cards and keep playing or withdraw the cards as a no play whether the dealer is showing a high or low card or someone in front of them has a 21

 

Why should a consumer be at fault for your cache issues or lack of care to fix an issue? Piss off, add it to the report. I have yet to collect anything from them until the outcome of this.

Just to clarify, their whole argument rests on the idea that you are agreeing to their ToS and rules upon checkout. However, from homepage to checkout there is no listing of this nor is there a ToS agreement when finalizing your cart.

A mod can shoot me a pm on discord if they want me to send over a quick video I recorded.

I am sure there are COUNTLESS people that fell to this who do not use Sythe as well. The issue should be fixed visually or there should be a very blatant 2-step acceptance of the ToS when checking out with crates in particular.

Downside complainers and upside no talk. U see this all the time when people sell rsgp for Bitcoin and don't fuss if it takes a while to confirm, long as it's going up.

If the reporter has or had taken advantage of the glitch to gain funds, he cannot claim foul when he has lost funds.

This also applies if he was aware of the glitch and kept rolling.

 

The video was after to show there was a glitch and i was unaware of the 2m ish difference in the only item that was over and like i previously said id give that back and refund it even currently as i have heard nothing... also i guess you did not watch the video as i was supposed to get 2x furys which ended up being 2x 1000 dragon bones. so it was in total a net loss to me still of 1m @John Devola

 

It has most likely been there the entire time, just like any other site. There's a reason why they don't make you agree to any terms at checkout because it's already available to you.

 

well the back end if you know anything about websites will be able to show the last update to the TOS page.

 

We have discussed this report, and @king tijn 2 you are responsible for the payment.

Although your TOS states: " Please observe that we do not guarantee that the visual outcome shown to you in the chest opening animation is correct 100% of the time due to the potential interference of cache, lag, system load, and bugs. We only guarantee that the item will be 1) selected randomly by our software, and 2) displayed accurately in the expanded row of your King4RS inventory, and 3) delivered to you in the game after you have contacted our live chat and requested delivery."

It does not state the primary things needed to void a payment. (I.E. Slot machines at casinos have signs that state "Payout void on glitches and malfunctions.") Your TOS fails to state such claims, therefore you are responsible for the payment of the Dragon Claws. Just like any business, mistakes happen, glitches happen and the owner / business is liable for those mistakes. I recommend suspending the chest application on your website / updating your TOS to remove your own liability, or contacting your web developer, and getting this resolved so it does not cost you more money than what has already occurred.

 

Thanks for taking the time to consider this case. The bug has been patched and we will adjust our TOS accordingly, thanks for your suggestion.

But this buyer didn't win the dragon claws, his rewards have been claimed, he also claimed another reward that was in his favor without mentioning it, plus there was no video proof that he won dragon claws.

However we will respect your decision and pay him 1 pair of dragon claws. The buyer can contact us on skype and ask for manager Jim if he accepts.
