    Just want to put this out here, i bought an account this morning 12pm my time. It got delivered fairly quickly approximately in half an hour. Unfortunately the account delivered was not an actual smurf but a level 28. Hey no problem, they were going to send me a new account in a few hours max. (They say account delivery is maximum 8 hours) Its now about 12 hours later. I have received no account. Livechat trying to contact the admin but unfortunately no response. I'm sure i will still get my account but the fact i cant get an indication on when, and the live support not being able to give me another account or indication on when it's going to be fixed feels a bit unprofessional. Hope u can take this onto your future sales and try to improve on this.
