Only flaw I see is background matches too much with the render. Make the background a different color, but try to keep it as close as possible to blue. Maybe a purple-ish color??

hmm 5/10 because i dont like the effects you used.

 

im with sweetpooper. maybe edit sum of the colors in abckground or sumthing? to mucht he same..sweetpooper..like ur siggie thing

 

Some of the effects were not placed very well, for example the Foggy ness. Not sure what the term for it is in PS... But it was unneccisary..

But its rather sweet.

only problem i see, is the character there blends in with the abstract, first thing i saw when the image loaded was the background, its not suposed to be that way. notice in photography when you see a picture, they have a key souce for what they want the average eye to see.

I'm not good at banners but you have a few flaws. Like everyone said, the background is to similar to the render (colorwise). Another flaw that no one else noticed was that the render is pixelated near the edges, you might want to smudge that in to give it a more smoother look.
