Umm thats not true at all... I know a thing or two about guitar and if you can play expert on guitar hero you will get a lot better at the real thing.

Nice. Finally a game where you can actually show off your skills by playing a REAL guitar, and not some fake, lame guitar with different buttons on it. Guitar Hero is gay. A lot of ppl play it, and they think their really good at playing Guitar because they are good at Guitar Hero. LOL

People who like guitar hero but call this gay are truely IMO retarded.

You are using the real instrument not a crappy piece of plastic which still costs you £50 a piece.

For the price of 2 guitar hero guitars you can buy a second hand real guitar.

Playing a game like this is more interesting then just normal practice so you will do it for longer.

 

I'm gonna get this game once it comes out. It's like guitar tabs and the Guitar Hero fretboard combined together going sideways. Once this game is released, GH IV will be ignored.

 

It seems cool and everything but I would rather look up tabs and learn new songs than to play a game about it ^ ^ even if it uses a real guitar.
Plus if you really wanna show off guitar skills you can make a vid of yourself playing songs.

 

A REAL guitar? Wheeeee Sounds pretty good if you ask me, i would get it if you could play Bass guitar in it, my Electric is broken.

Ya I agree, if you are really good at the guitar already then you could just make a lot of videos to show other people the songs you could play, while the game would only have a set selection. Guitar Hero is pretty fun and 1337 because you don't actually have to learn how to play a Guitar to play the game.
