Are you able to provide me any information about your donation? We will need the exact date / month / year it was made.
If your Paypal transactions don't go that far; log in to your Paypal email and search for "Sythe" or "SytheAG" and your transactions/receipts should come up with dates and amounts.

Could you tell me what locations/ISPs you normally post from?

I recall the donation vaguely, and I donated with bitcoins if I am not mistaken. Naturally I am not at will to provide any sort of wallet address, even if I still had it on hand. Aside from that, I really don't know what date/month/year it was as I have no records of bitcoin transactions, which is fairly normal. I suppose I didn't think of needing it later on.

The location I post from is the one I am using now, (removed), United States. The ISP is (removed). At the very least, I would appreciate the ability to make a new account, but unfortunately my IP address is restricted due to already having one.

I can try and provide any other information if necessary. Other than that, the only way I can think of proving who I am is using someone from my Skype account that I've dealt with, but none of them are staff members, mostly just dealers.
