Luck and Searchy scammed me during 4b 07gp trade

I spoke to the user Luck and agreed to sell him ~3b 07gp (@$0.95/M for ltc) in 1b increments, after I traded him over the first 1b gp he claimed to have sent me the ltc ($950) for the first increment, after waiting over 90 mins the transaction was still not showing up on the blockchain, so I had no option but to cancel our trade as waiting 90 mins+ for each increment was not my plan when I agreed to the trade.

Due to the delays in sending transactions from his end, I was forced to cancel the trade , as I was not comfortable with how long it would have taken to complete the trade with him and worried about possible losses due to price fluctuations. In the meanwhile, I had also found a user (Searchy) willing to buy the rest of my 07gp for eth.

I then sold 1654m 07gp to sythe user Searchy.

After which I received a message from user Luck for $1/M offer for the rest of my 07gp, I then sold
Luck another 1351m 07gp at an agreed rate of $1/M.

After completing these trades, Luck then goes on to reveal to me that after he sent the first pending $950 transaction, he accidentally sent another two $950 pending transactions, so in total he sent me $2850(all 3 transactions are still pending, at the time of this writing ~4hours) while only receiving 1b 07gp from me. He then refused to honor his offer of $1/M claiming the only reason he offered me $1/M, was to anti-scam me as he had accidentally sent more than he should have.

The user Searchy then split my trade with him and only kept 1005, while passing 649 of the trade to Luck, that and the 2351m i gave luck directly is the full 3B, My argument is that 1351M of it should be charged at $1/M, while the other 1649 @ $0.95/M. Therefore I am owed $2917 and not $2850.

I believe I am owed $67(1351M*.05 = $67), as you can see in the chat logs from my perspective , I was unaware of these 'accidental pending transactions' as he only told me after i sold him the last part of my gold. All I saw was a user that was taking too long to send my payments, who I then cancelled a trade on, who then went on to increase his offer which I agreed to.

Lucky is attempting to offer me refund for the 1351m @$0.95M, I have told him that I do not agree to a refund. I just want my $67.

@Luck offered you a refund for the 1351m and you declined it. You claimed after you weren't happy with the rate so you could have taken your money back and you decided not to take it. Going to close this but if you have any other questions feel free to contact me or another staff member.
