Account was hacked/banned

A few months ago I let a friend post a thread on the account *Punkie* and he posted that he was selling hacked accounts i had no idea he was going to be posting hacked accounts he stated that he was selling his runescape account that he doesnt use I hope you guys can consider unbanning the account i have changed the password and email addressed to the account thank you
